I am in love with this product. A kinestueologist introduced this product to be to help with managing a sprained ankle. Works like a charm. Flexes and supports in just the way it is needed too. It also stays in place several days at a time, even when showering. Fast forward to this year and I am training for a long distance military march event. It occurs to me that the medical tape we are using on our feet for blister prevention doesn’t stay in place nearly as well as ROCK TAPE.
